{"id":47,"date":"2011-08-14T23:04:40","date_gmt":"2011-08-14T23:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/impactcoachingsolutions.com\/?page_id=47"},"modified":"2018-12-11T17:10:51","modified_gmt":"2018-12-11T17:10:51","slug":"our-methodology","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.impactcoachingsolutions.com\/en\/coaching-training\/our-methodology\/","title":{"rendered":"Our Methodology"},"content":{"rendered":"<strong>Training Methodology<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Impact Coaching Solutions\u00a0we follow the Lambent Coaching Methodology which is exclusively used by the International Coaching Community (ICC).<\/p>\n<p>This methodolgy follows three traditional foundations\u00a0coaching: Humanistic Psychology, Constructivism and Linguistics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Humanistic Psychology &#8211; <\/strong><em>Believing that<\/em> <em>people have a valid experience of their own values and goals. They want to be the best they can be.\u00a0 Everyone is unique and valuable; and they want to have a choice and be able to exercise it. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Constructivism &#8211; <\/strong><em>The idea that we help create the world we live in.
